I've always been passionate about visuals. Fascinated by ads. Living in my own world. As a young child, I'd insist on playing with disposable cameras by taking pictures of the sidewalk and grass before my parents brought them in to have our vacation photos developed. All throughout my life I could be found constantly humming and making up my own songs at home.
When asked "What do you want to be when you grow up?" I would answer singer. Or first woman president. Or photographer. In that order.
Now, I'm finishing up my master's in advertising and so excited to get back at an agency!!!

the nitty gritty...aka my resumé in words:
My first creative role was with the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks (Arkansas' only botanical garden) as their one and only Marketing and Communications Intern. I regularly photographed events, designed social media posts, wrote copy for press releases, and much more.
Later, I joined Team Direct Management's E-Commerce team as the Art Director Intern. There I did product photography, graphic design, social media, and marketing strategy to engage consumers, maximize sales, and help give each brand the best image possible.
After building the photography & design department from the ground up for an e-commerce & marketing agency as their Photography & Digital Media Analyst, aka in-house photographer, designer, and creative, I was promoted to Photography & Digital Media Lead and managed all creative projects and a small team of creatives.
My work there led to me discovering my true passions - using art direction, excellent photography, and impeccable design to help brands embrace their full potential in connecting to their consumers. I left the full-time world and am now a Masters student at the University of Texas at Austin finishing up my degree in Advertising and building up my ad portfolio through the Texas Creative portfolio program. This summer I also interned with the PR / Advertising agency, BCW as a Junior Art Director.
